I first started seeing Dr. Unser in the 80’s, moved away, then found him again many years later when I returned. So glad I did. Dr Unser and everyone in his office truly cares about their patients dental health and well being, as well as caring for them as human beings. He takes his time to educate you about what is going on, how best to care for your teeth. The feeling there has always been highly professional and knowing I’m in good hands yet friendly, warm and no pretense. The atmosphere is comfortable and family like. More often than not there’s laughter or light hearted conversation going on with patients as they come and go. Old style Colorado friendly added to experience, expertise and caring, hard to come by these days.

I have an anxiety disorder and one of my biggest fears is the dentist. I neglected going for years and as a result, have had several visits to Dr. Unser to make up for years of damage. Initially I expected to have a really difficult time working with the dentist to keep myself comfortable and pain free. What I did not expect was to be so warmly welcomed into the office, and for my worries to be taken seriously so respectfully. The whole staff makes the environment a good place to be, and Dr. Unser was a professional at making me as comfortable as possible. I can tell he knows what he is doing because he is very efficient and I rarely ever feel a pinch of pain! My visits are always quick (rarely wait longer than my appointment time and I always get full attention). If you need a dentist who is really friendly and not a robot, and who can efficiently/painlessly get you in and out of the chair back to your life, I highly recommend Dr. Unser!!

Had a teeth cleaning today with Dr. Unser and staff and they are wonderful as usual. I not only enjoy the atmosphere of the office, but they are very knowledgeable and reasonable and they take really good care of you.

I’ve gone to Dr. Unser most of my life and decided to try a new dentist only due to my insurance change. After my experience with the other dentist, I went back to to Dr. Unser without any hesitation . He is simply skilled at what he does and better then any other dentist that I’ve tried! There were a couple of times I went in worried about the pain I might go through and it’s always been little to no pain, even when my wisdom teeth were taken! He and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. Darcy has been there for many years and remembers and asks about my parents every time I go. All of my family members have gone to other dentists prior to Dr. Unser and they all now are his patients. My daughter also began being seen at 4 years old and had a wonderful experience and even wanted to go back! Lastly, if you have an emergency, they are quick to get you in. Love this place!

Yesterday I had an old crown taken out decay taken out and a new crown. It was the most comfortable treatment. Excellent design ,made it in office, great fit. So timely,one visit. Appreciate Darcy and Dr. Uncer's caring attitude and amazing skill.

The process for getting crowns at 20th Avenue Dentistry is unbelievable. No temporary crown while you wait for the final ill-fitting permanent crown! Using photogrammetry, they were able to create a 3-dimensional image of my original tooth and carve it on the spot! The finished crown fit perfectly and the whole process took a very short time. Well worth the money…and the staff is efficient and pleasant.

The staff has always gone out of their way to insure that my visits have always been the best possible. The gentle care that is given is very much appreciated as I had always dreaded going to the dentist before I started going here. I have been a patient for over 20 years now. Keep up the good work.
